• GATES & ENTRY: Gates open 30 minutes before the event starts.

• ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL: Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please verify the event, date, and ticket type before completing your purchase.

• K-8TH GRADE STUDENT SUPERVISION: Students must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or a responsible adult to enter and must remain with that adult throughout the event. Student drop-offs are not permitted.

• CLEAR BAG POLICY: Hutto ISD's clear bag policy is enforced at all athletic events. Please review the policy before arriving.

• OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGES: All outside food & beverages are not permitted. Concessions are available at all events and are Cashless.

• SERVICE ANIMALS: Service animals assisting guests with disabilities are welcome. Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted.

• GUEST CONDUCT: Hutto ISD reserves the right to remove guests who engage in disorderly or abusive behavior towards staff, fans, coaches, or student-athletes.

EVENT POLICIES & GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

By purchasing or using a ticket for this event, guests acknowledge that they are responsible for reviewing and complying with the Hutto ISD Athletic Policies & Guidelines, including applicable event, venue, safety, admission, and conduct requirements.

Failure to comply may result in denied entry or removal from the event without a refund. Violations may also result in restrictions on attendance at future Hutto ISD events, in accordance with applicable district policies and requirements.
