NO DROP-OFF POLICY:
Students currently enrolled in kindergarten through 8th grade must be accompanied and supervised by an adult throughout the event.
In the event of an emergency or evacuation, the supervising adult is responsible for keeping the student with them and promptly following all instructions from event staff, security personnel, and emergency responders.
CLEAR BAG POLICY ENFORCED:
The Hutto ISD Clear Bag Policy is enforced at all Hutto ISD athletic events. Guests should review approved bag requirements before arriving.
Medically necessary items such as medications and equipment, diaper bags accompanying an infant or young child, or infant-feeding supplies are permitted. All bags and items are subject to security inspection before entry.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS:
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside Hutto ISD athletic venues. Exceptions may be made for medically necessary items and infant-feeding supplies. Guests should notify event staff of these items upon arrival.
ONLINE TICKETS ONLY:
All event tickets can only be purchased online. Tickets will not be sold at the entrance.
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE PROVIDED
NO RE-ENTRY
Re-entry is not permitted. Guests who leave the venue must purchase a new ticket online to re-enter. To expedite entry, guests should purchase and access their mobile tickets before arriving at the venue.
ACCEPTED PASSES FOR THIS EVENT:
Only the following passes are accepted for admission:
- 2026-2028 UIL 24-6A PASS
- Hutto ISD Digital Staff Pass
- Hutto ISD Digital Student-Athlete Pass
- Hutto Senior Gold Card
- THSADA, THSCA & TGCA Membership Cards
All other passes, cards, credentials, employee badges, and professional-association memberships will not be accepted. Guests presenting any other pass not listed above must purchase an event ticket online.

ACCESSIBILITY:
Service animals assisting individuals with disabilities are permitted in accordance with federal and Texas law.
Guests requiring a disability-related accommodation or carrying medically necessary items should notify event staff upon arrival. A reasonable alternative screening procedure will be provided when necessary.
FAN CONDUCT:
Hutto ISD and the Hutto ISD Athletic Department are committed to providing a safe, respectful, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for all guests.
Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, threatening behavior, fighting, taunting, or misconduct directed towards students, participants, coaches, officials, employees, or other guests will not be tolerated.
Violations may result in:
- Immediate removal from the event
- No ticket refund
- Additional disciplinary action
- Restrictions from attending future Hutto ISD events
Hutto ISD Athletics supports The Texas Way and Texas Senate Bill 2929. Under Texas law, an official may eject a spectator from an athletic event without first issuing a verbal warning.
